    Leif and I

James Lyons, born and raised in Houston, first graced the stage at the age of 12 when he won Best Supporting Character for his performance as the Chancellor in Teague Middle School's production of "The Ugly Duckling." Sadly, his skills have steadily declined since this awe-inspiring performance. Upon graduating high school, Lyons jetted off to Georgetown University in Washington, DC, where he won critical acclaim for his portrayal of Willis in Michael Weller's "Moonchildren" and Guido in Jordan Goldberg and Jonah Nolan's "Conflict in Satin and Silk." In addition to Georgetown University, Lyons has trained at The Studio Theatre Acting Conservatory in Washington, DC, the Herbert Berghof Studio in New York City, and currently studies at the Beverly Hills Playhouse all in an effort to reclaim the talent he possessed as a pre-teen. Lyons has numerous theatre, film and commercial credits under his belt. If you want a list of his credits, buy him some Mexican food and he'll tell you everything. In his spare time, Lyons trains as a martial artist in Marina del Rey (Tang Soo Do), runs, reads, follows politics, hikes, writes, reluctantly plays fantasy football, and makes mean bowls of guacamole. Lyons also boasts his ability to put both legs behind his head and walk around on his hands. James would like to thank his friends and family for their support. He would also like to chastise the Houston Texans for passing on Reggie Bush and Vince Young.
